Contract synopsis
We are the current service providers for cleaning and grounds maintenance services for Notting Hill Genesis (NHG), which covers over 300 sites in North and East London including a mixture of tenures - general needs, sheltered accommodation, offices, high rise blocks.
Our focus is the needs of NHG customers, and we strive to ensure:
• The safety and security of tenants’ home and neighbourhood
• Having a home and neighbourhood they feel improves their quality of life
What do we deliver?
Prioritising our customers’ needs complements NHG own mission to create and sustain thriving communities. For the last seven years, our proactive and planned cleaning services include:
• Internal and external communal cleaning
• Communal window cleaning
• Litter removal
• Graffiti removal
• Planned and reactive bulk refuse collection
• Deep clean
• Pest control
We have a specialist and qualified team of grounds maintenance and operatives to deliver works around tree surgery, Japanese knot weed treatment and horticulture services across the grounds and estates.
What are the outcomes?
We are committed to being a force for good and a responsible business. Throughout our contract with NHG we ensure we give back to the local community by organising events and reducing fly-tipping by disposing of any large item’s residents may have difficulty removing themselves. We have also been involved in several other social value projects, such as community clean-ups and ensuring the areas we work are left clean and safe.
