GAU have launched a Crowdfunder to:
● Help Afghans in Scotland
● Charity experiencing record need
● Money raised will support the urgent needs of new arrivals
What is a Crowdfunder?
Crowdfunding has transformed the traditional fundraising landscape, breaking down barriers between those in need and those available to help them. Crowdfunding has made it possible for people to offer direct support to those who need emergency financial assistance, contributing to the larger trend of individual giving.
How can you help?
The first ever Crowdfunder will see all donations used to cater for the growing community, providing language support, increasing the capacity of the GAU multi-lingual school, offering more sports and activity sessions and enlarging the vital Women’s Empowerment Project to give targeted help for women and girls, who can face many barriers to inclusion.
