MPS will be managing responsive repairs and empty dwellings for Angus Council from 1 April this year,in addition to their existing planned work services for council properties in the area.
The new contract which is valued at circa £10m over 5 years will be split over 2 lots will cover repairs and maintenance for over 4000 properties in Brechin and Montrose, and Forfar and Kirriemuir.
Existing staff will be moved over MPS ensuring no disruption to council tenants and the same familiar faces at appointments.
MPS came top in both quality and price, scoring highly for our approach to the environment and commitment to the community.
